A proud Capricorn, this shy boy is not backing down from what he believes in, even with the ferocious Misaki Ayuzawa at his back. However, he demonstrates his stubbornness in the least productive way possible. With the incredible power of hypnosis, Sotaro uses his power to make the other members of the student council unproductive and as a result, impedes Misaki’s progress. While he may not be the ideal match for Misaki, he puts up a good fight that is constantly getting in the way of progress at school. By rising to the occasion and becoming student council president, Sotaro earns a well-deserved spot on our list.

There’s nothing that could give you more of an ego than being a god. When you think of a Greek god, there is a certain amount of leadership that goes along with it. For example, Hades would be the head of the underworld and need to command all of those in his realm. However, in this anime, Hades has grown tired of his responsibilities and finds his job tedious and monotonous. By overcoming his grudges towards the villagers, Gaara learns to coexist and even to protect those who were once so cruel to him. Erenfried is a difficult Capricorn to place. He has dreams of leadership and success, however, when his plans are put into action, he often fails. Although he has these admirable traits, he is not approached by many due to his cold attitude. He is goal-oriented and is notorious for not mincing his words. He is harsh and even mean which is part of what makes him a great leader. Levi is able see things for what they are and in a war-torn country; he is able to produce results.
