Belonging to Team Spica, her admiration for Tracen Academy's student council president and so-called “Emperor” Symboli Rudolf fuels her desire to take on an imperial title of her own one day. However, she must go undefeated to capture the triple crown.

McQueen hails from the famous “Mejiro” pedigree. Coming off as cold and distant, McQueen is the envy of the other horse girls and extremely proud of her heritage. A member of Team Spica, she is a generational talent as a stayer (long-distance runner). Her beautifully streamlined proportions are said to be carved by angels, but maintaining them apparently requires a strict regimen of diet and exercise. She also seems to have a special connection with Gold Ship.

Special Week is a real go-getter from the countryside who came to Tokyo to attend Tracen Academy and now belongs to Team Spica. Adopted when her biological mother passed away soon after her birth, she was raised with plenty of love (and Spartan-level training) by her new “mama.” She is currently in hot pursuit of her dream of being crowned the best horse girl in Japan.

Silence Suzuka is the cool, silent horse girl with a mysterious air about her. Known for her opening burst out of the gate, she is adept at keeping her position at the front of the pack from start to finish, effectively “escaping” her competition. She is so fast, in fact, that simply stepping on her shadow is said to be impossible. She has journeyed to America on her own to find new challengers.

Vodka has a tomboyish vibe about her. Boisterous, she absolutely despises being teased or treated like a child. At the same time, however, she has a pure heart. A member of Team Spica, she has a rivalry with Daiwa Scarlet that resembles a clash between a troublemaker and an honor student. On the other hand, the two share a close bond that was forged from their time competing side-by-side.

A beauty in a league of her own, Daiwa Scarlet is an honor student at the Academy with celebrity status. Though friendly and nice to everyone she meets, it’s merely a facade to hide how prideful and competitive she is on the inside. Her greatest rival is her Team Spica teammate, Vodka. She claims she “has no choice but to tolerate her,” but Vodka is the only person she can open up to and the two acknowledge each other as worthy competition.

Gold Ship is a “super” horse girl with long, flowing locks of golden hair and a bodyline so divine that it’s almost intimidating. Unfortunately, her personality leaves a lot to be desired. Her tongue as vicious as a whip, friends and rivals alike can never figure out her sense of humor. Belonging to Team Spica, harmless pranks are her favorite pastime. She also seems to have a special connection with Mejiro McQueen.

Symobli Rudolf serves as student council president at Tracen Academy. Belonging to Team Regal, she is known as the “Emperor” due to her triple crown championship. At the same time, she is very protective of the younger students at the academy. Her calm demeanor allows her to judge everyone equally, which makes her a stoic guardian of sorts. Feeling a special connection with Teio, Symboli often goes out of her way to help her.
