Junpei Murao is a second year student in junior high school. From a young age he becomes fascinated with ballet, but after the tragic death of his father he gives it up, stating that since he’s now the man of the house he needs to be more masculine. Hiding his lingering affection for ballet, he takes up Jeet Kune Do and becomes the popular kid in class. However, things start to change when Miyako Godai, a beautiful girl whose mother runs a ballet studio, transfers into his class. Miyako picks up on Junpei's interest in ballet and invites him to take lessons with her.
