This will be a follow-up anime connected to the Persona the Animation: THE DAY BREAKERS that aired September 2016.
In the spring of his second year of highschool, Ren Amamiya transfers into Shujin Academy in Tokyo. Due to unforeseen circumstances and an incident, Ren awakens as a “persona” user. Together with his newly-made friends, they form the Phantom Thieves of Hearts.

While stealing the “distorted desires” of adults who have been bathed in evil, they force them to reform. They also go around their town and solve incidents one by one involving adults who have mysteriously lost their minds.

This is the official 2nd Season of The Seven Deadly Sins (Nanatsu no Taizai).

There are phenomenon frequently occurring that science cannot explain, and adults are going every which way as rumors fly wild.

At Binan High School, as per usual, the “Earth Defense Club (lol)” was a club that did nothing. The club members Kyoutarou Shuzenji, Ryouma Kirishima, Nanao Wakura, Taishi Manza, and Ichiro Dogou nonchalantly enjoyed tea while having pointless conversations that amount to nothing.

All of them have now gathered at Kurotama Bath after school. When Ryouma pulls Kyoutarou Shuzenji by his arm out of water that he claims feels too good, together with his towel comes a pretty boy in strange clothing.

These five boys are then dragged into a battle for the heir of the magical kingdom, Honyala Land...

Spell formulists are those who use skills known as Jushiki (spell formulas) and act as bounty hunters, hunting down criminals and “the grotesque ones.”
In the city of Eridana, there live two spell formulists: Gaius, who overcomes bad luck with his quick wit, and Gigina, a cruel but beautiful swordsman. These two may be natural enemies with serious compatibility issues, but when it comes to battle, they somehow work together perfectly.

Standing in the way of these two are “the grotesque ones”, such as dragons and giants, as well as a perilous tragedy to humankind. Despite the hostility between them, Giaus and Gigina continue to live on.

From ancient times, shrine maidens using swords have exorcised grotesque creatures known as “aratama” (Wild Souls) when they have menaced the human world. Mainly dressed in sailor uniforms and equipped with a sword, these girls are known as “Toji”. They are formally known as being a part of the police as the “special ritual riot squad.” These girls have been given official permission to carry these swords as government officials, and most of these Toji are female students attending five different training schools throughout the country. These girls lead out their average lives as high school students, but sometimes official duties call, and with sword in hand, these girls demonstrate supernatural powers by fighting to protect humanity.

Toji from the five schools are gathered, and using each of their abilities to fight, the customary tournament is coming up. As the tournament approaches, many, many Toji are zealously training, and noticeably hiding her strong feelings, one girl is working hard on polishing one ability. But where does the point of her well-honed blade face?

Period is the name for people who defeat grotesque monsters known as Spirals. Spirals are born from isolation.
Haru is an apprentice Period who belongs to the eighth division of Ark End. In order to separate himself from the wheel of reincarnation, he threw himself headfirst into the unending fight.

… At least that was how it was supposed to go!

After a mysterious robbery, the economy collapsed and the eighth division of Ark End was forsaken by its own HQ. That left Haru and two other Periods all alone. In order to rebuild their division, they charge headfirst into the business of fighting the unending darkness!
