What You Need to Know:
- Yesterday, the WIXOSS franchise held its event now that the most recent installment of the series, Lostorage incited WIXOSS, finished airing this past December.
- Fan expectations were high that the popular trading card game was going to be getting another installment in the anime series. Much to their joy, the franchise did announce that a new animation is in the works for fall this year.
- However, they then tweeted out that while yes, the series will be getting some new form of anime, the current plans for the new anime project are for it to not be a TV anime. That means that we could be looking at an OVA, an ONA, or even possibly, a movie that hits theaters. Stay with us as we bring you more information as it comes out, and let us know what you think!

After that season? I don't think that it is possible unless they go back to the original series.
