Hello and welcome to our questionnaire giveaway, where you’ll have the chance to win from a wide variety of prizes such as Gaming Keyboards, Game Codes, Anime Blu-ray and more! We’d like to know more about the type of manga you tend to read along with anime you enjoy watching, so by taking part in the questionnaire you just may be rewarded in a big way! This questionnaire shouldn’t take up too much of your time. We look forward to your responses!
Terms and Rules:
The contest will close, March 25th at midnight (PST).
Please complete the form first and once completed, prize winners will be selected at random from among the 25 items. Entrants should specify what 2 items from the 25 they’d like to win within the form, and depending on the answer we will provide them with the requested item should they win. If the item the winner initially chose is not available, then we will go with the second choice.
Winners must reply to Honey’s Anime (qdopp account) within 48 hours. If no reply is received, a new winner will be picked.
Only the people following all the steps/rules will be applicable for a chance to win in the giveaway.
